Gary Stepp is a native of North Carolina and has called Stanly County
his home for 30 years. Gary has been in the real estate business
since 1986 and became the owner of ERA Four Seasons Realty in 1993.
Gary has been extremely active in the local community and has served
on various boards and committees including Albemarle Downtown Development
Corporation, Stanly Community Christian Ministries, Stanly County
Historic Preservation Commission, and the Community Appearance Commission,
to name a few.

Gary is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser as well as
a NC Real Estate Broker. Specializing in residential sales and appraising,
Gary has focused on assisting first time home buyers acquire their
first home, corporate relocation as well as consulting and assisting
investors in acquiring residential homes for investment. Together
with his partner, Gary has established the leading real estate firm
in Albemarle.

Hobbies
Aside from his day to day real estate practice, Gary is also
involved in personal real estate investing. He enjoys spending time
with his family, boating on Lake Tillery, traveling and gardening.
Gary's wife, Rebekah is a Stanly County native and teaches in the
Stanly County school system. They have two sons and reside in the
city of Albemarle.
