ERA Four Seasons. She serves the general public, Stanly Memorial
Hospital personnel, Aeroquip, Homanit, Inc.,& other employers.
Rita has been active in the community, having served as Bank of
Stanly Director & Albemarle Rotary officer & committee chair.
She & husband, Ron are members of Salem United Methodist.

(CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI),and is a licensed North
Carolina Real Estate Broker. She specializes in residential, lakefront,
corporate relocation, & land sales. Rita's husband, Ron assists
her & specializes in resort, commercial, investment & rental
properties.

is a Master Associate having met stringent sales requirements for
five consecutive years. Rita served as the Stanly County Association
of Realtors President in 2000, prior to creating the current Central
Carolina Association of Realtors. Rita is a proud graduate of Floyd

Hobbies
Living at a lakefront home on Lake Tillery allows Rita fun time
with her five grandchildren. Rita and Ron enjoy traveling the US
& yearly cruises. They are members of Tillery Tarditions Country
Club. Ron, being an avid golfer, is urging Rita to also become active.
